Norad Fellowship Programme
Diploma and Master courses at Norwegian institutions of higher education.

Where: Several universities and state university colleges in Norway. Courses also offered in Mozambique, South Africa and Zambia

Who may apply: Students who have finished their Bachelor degree from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Iran, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, The Palestinian Territory, Angola, Eritrea, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Guatemala and Nicaragua. Students must have at least two years of work experience, and the employer in the home country must acknowledge the relevance of the education in Norway.

How much: 8000 Norwegian kroner per month. 4000 kroner is given for initial expenses the first month.
